In conjunction with Dockyard’s New Skater Program, we are offering Dockyard’s Ref School!

Not a problem- we’d love to have you! The Ref School will offer advanced content so there is something for everyone to learn!

There is no experience necessary if you’re interested in joining our Ref School. That said- if you’d prefer to learn to be a NON-skating official (NSO) we’d love to have you learn how to do that at a later date at a NSO Class (dates TBD).

The Ref School sessions will all take place at the Tacoma Armory (1001 S Yakima Ave, Tacoma, WA 98405) from 8-10PM at the same time as the New Skater Program for the league.
Session dates are:
- Tuesday January 27th 8:00-10:00PM
- Tuesday February 3rd 8:00-10:00PM
- Tuesday February 17th 8:00-10:00PM
- Tuesday March 3rd 8:00-10:00PM
- Tuesday March 17th 8:00-10:00PM
- Tuesday March 24th 8:00-10:00 PM (Graduation scrimmage!)

Non Skating Officials (NSO’s)
Non-Skating Officials (NSOs) are vital to the derby community. Whether they're score keeping, penalty tracking, running the box, jam timing, updating the score board - we couldn't do it without them.
